This is something I’ve been doing for that past few years and I’m going to deliver my first presentation on this topic at Bucharest WordPress Meetup on 10th of March.

It’s a vast subject but I’ll be mainly talking about:
- Vanity vs. Actionable Metrics
- Pirate Metrics, AARRRR!
A few resources helped me get a grasp on the concepts(http://leananalyticsbook.com/), but everything else is just experimenting (failing and learning from it) because each business is different and there’s now way of telling what works and what doesn’t if it’s not correctly measured.
